I aim to make your booking experience as seamless and enriching as possible. To ensure clarity and mutual understanding, please review my booking policy outlined below.

Online Bookings
All sessions are booked online through the "Make a Booking" link below.  Once you have booked, you will receive an email confirmation.  You will receive a reminder about our session with a Zoom link 48 hours prior to the scheduled session.

Session Platform
Sessions are conducted via Zoom. You will receive a Zoom link 48 hours before your scheduled session.

Before your session please ensure you download the Zoom software and register for an account.  Please ensure you are in a quiet, comfortable place where you will not be disturbed with a stable internet connection. Hypnotherapy and Akashic Records sessions are recorded and you will be sent a link to download the video of the session within 24 hours of the session. Please ensure you download and save your own copy of the session as the file will be deleted from my system 7 days from the date of your session. 

Payment
Payment is required upfront at the time of booking. I accept payments through PayPal for your convenience and security.

Rescheduling and Cancellations
We understand that life can be unpredictable, and plans may change. I aim to offer flexible options to accommodate your needs while maintaining a professional service.

Rescheduling:
You can reschedule your session up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Simply click the link in your booking confirmation email to make changes.

Cancellations:
24 Hours or Earlier: Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the session will receive a full refund. Refunds will be processed via PayPal within 7 days.
 
Between 24 and 6 Hours: Cancellations and rescheduling between 24 and 6 hours before the session will receive a 50% refund of the session fee.
 
Within 6 Hours: Cancellations made within 6 hours of the scheduled session time will not be eligible for a refund.
