To help with this process, I find that slowly unwinding the mind and relaxing the body helps enormously in successfully entering hypnosis. 

How long are sessions?

Typically online hypnotherapy sessions are 2 hours in duration. I like to spend the first 15 to 20 minutes having a relaxed conversation to understand your aims for the session and to walk through any concerns or questions. Thereafter I will take you through a series of deep relaxation exercises to help you enter a state of hypnosis. 

How do I prepare for a hypnotherapy session?

To prepare for a session, it is important to approach it with an open mind and a positive attitude. Ensure you are well-rested and have eaten lightly to be comfortable during the session. Choose a quiet, comfortable space where you can lie down and won't be interrupted. Wear loose, comfortable clothing, and consider writing down any specific goals or issues you want to address. Most importantly, trust the process and be ready to relax and engage fully in the experience for the best results.

Is hypnotherapy safe?

Yes, hypnotherapy is completely safe when conducted by a trained and certified professional. During the session, you are in control and can come out of the state at any time. It is a natural and non-invasive method that has been used successfully for various therapeutic purposes for decades.
